Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict health and safety regulations, Elite Body Piercing can only accept returns on unworn items in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging. We prioritize the hygiene and safety of our customers above all else, ensuring every piece you receive is sterile and brand new.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your jewelry is still in its original, unopened tamper-evident seal; once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return due to hygiene standards.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unopened jewelry in a padded envelope or small box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team confirms the sterile seal is intact, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
